Are you a licensed architect?
TecTroniks provides building design and drafting services. Depending on project scope and jurisdiction, a licensed architect or engineer of record may be required and can be coordinated through us or separately by the client.
Can you pull the permit for me?
We prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of clients in most Greater Los Angeles jurisdictions. Permit fees are passed through at cost; we coordinate corrections and resubmittals as part of the engagement.
How long does a typical permit take?
Timelines vary by jurisdiction and project type. Standard ADUs in most LA County cities range from 4–12 weeks for over-the-counter or plan-check review. We track your application and follow up proactively.
